Our soups are made daily, from scratch.
Black bean - vegan
We slow cook organic black beans for 14 hours and then add organic corn, roma tomato, and more
Red lentil - vegan
Red lentil with lots of red bell pepper, our best seller
Vegetable - vegan
We slow cook the organic carrots and organic yellow potato along with freshly pressed organic celery juice, in the morning we add roasted organic tomato
Broccoli cheddar - vegetarian
We blend aged white cheddar along with organic yellow potato before adding organic broccoli and black pepper
Cabbage beet - vegetarian
We slow cook cabbage, organic beet, organic carrot, and organic yellow potato overnight in freshly pressed organic celery juice
Carrot curry - vegetarian
We slow cook the carrots overnight and then in the morning we blend it smooth, mild and amazing
Potato leek - vegetarian
We keep the potato skins on, and then add a few mushrooms before slow cooking overnight, in the morning we blend it smooth for a vegetarian delight
Tomato basil - vegetarian
Classic tomato basil with a hint of coconut milk; in the spring and summer we pick basil from our roof-top garden
Green chile potato
Roasted hatch green-chile along with slow cooked organic yellow potato and corn / we use organic free-range chicken broth along with light organic cream
Italian white bean
With fresh basil, roasted tomatoes, and organic free-range chicken broth
Pinto bean
With chicken and roasted green-chile
We slow cook, in small batch, with quality ingredients, mostly organic.
Our soup base/ broth includes organic vegetable juice freshly made for each recipe.
An extensive collection of frozen soups to go. Always well prepared and cooled to 38 degrees before packaging.
